California Controller Sides With Unions In Suit Challenging Arnold Schwarzenegger

Arnold Schwarzenegger to force state employees to take two days off without pay each month, siding with the two unions that filed a lawsuit against the move. Schwarzenegger, a Republican, issued the end of December to save money, and Chiang office said it was ready for its implementation.
